We are writing to inform you that due to China National Day Holidays (October 1 - October 7, 2015), the State Intellectual Property Office and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce Trademark Office of P.R. China will be closed during the said period.  All deadlines falling during this period will be automatically extended to October 8, 2015 (Thu.), the first working day following the extended holidays.  Furthermore, October 10 (Sat.) will be a working day in China, in observation of the long holidays.  The trademark-related deadlines falling on Oct. 10 (Sat.) CANNOT be extended, though the patent-related deadlines can.

Therefore, we would appreciate if all urgent China cases and instructions are received no later than September 23, 2015 given that Chinese translations are required in obtaining effective filing dates.
