Dear Colleagues:
We are writing to inform you that this year due to the 228 Peace Memorial Days from February 25 to February 28, 2017, The Taiwan Intellectual Property Office as well as our firm will be closed during the said period. All deadlines falling during the period will be automatically extended to March 1, 2017. We will also resume normal business operation on March 1, 2017. However, kindly note that February 18 (Sat.) will be a working day in Taiwan in view of the long holidays. Any deadlines for Taiwan applications falling on February 18 will NOT be postponed.
Therefore, we would appreciate if all urgent cases and instructions are received no later than February 22, 2017.
